Hi Folks,

I'm going to be taking over for Peter on this project as he is now knee
deep in our yearly audit. Looking at the available dates for our
meeting it seems that Tuesday, August 2nd will be the best.
Presumably, we'll need to meet in the evening - Lets do it at 7:00PM.
Steve Wilbanks will hopefully be finding us a location to meet at.

Al Duey, the consultant who will be giving this group the details, has
indicated that he's available any time on the 2nd, so we should be all
set to go once Steve gets us a location.
